How Do I Participate?

Chapter 1: The Painting and Chapter 3: The Treasure are livestream performances. Meanwhile, Chapter 2: The Hunt requires participants to solve puzzles to advance their journey. Your progress through levels will be recorded and you can re-login anytime to continue playing. 

What happens if I can’t finish Chapter 2: The Hunt before Chapter 3: The Treasure?

Your adventure ends at your selected Chapter 3: The Treasure time slot regardless of your progress in Chapter 2: The Hunt. We recommend picking a time slot that gives you ample time to finish Chapter 2: The Hunt during the week. 

You will not be able to change the selected date and time after purchase.

What language is Gallery of Secrets: The Lost Lily in?

This is a multilingual experience with performances in English and Mandarin. 

Closed captions in English and Mandarin will be available for Chapter 1: The Painting and Chapter 3: The Treasure. Limited simultaneous translation (English or Mandarin) will be available for the live performance segments.

What tech/device(s) do I need?

You will need a desktop computer/laptop/tablet with a strong internet connection. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers to access this site.

This site is not optimised for mobile phones. Participants may not be able to access all parts of this site through mobile devices. 

We recommend using headphones/earphones for a better audio experience.


How does ticketing work?

Step 1: Select your date and time for Chapter 1: The Painting. 

Step 2: Select your date and time for Chapter 3: The Treasure. Make sure you give yourself ample time in between to complete Chapter 2: The Hunt.

I did not receive the confirmation email after completing my ticket purchase, what should I do?

The email could have gone into your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24-48 hours, click here and select “Resend Booking Confirmation” to resend the confirmation email.

I’ve bought my tickets. Now what?

Create your account and access all parts of the experience! Get started by clicking “Login” on the top right corner of the page (accessible on desktop/laptop only).

I am unable to sign up for an account / I can’t login. What should I do?

Check if you have a valid ticket number (found on your e-ticket). Each ticket number can only be used to create one account. 

If you are still facing issues, please contact us at with your ticket details for further assistance.

Can I cancel or change my ticket after purchase?

Tickets purchased are not exchangeable or refundable.

How are winners selected?

The fastest participants to complete all seven levels in Chapter 2: The Hunt and correctly identify the treasure’s location will be eligible for a Grand Draw to determine the final winners. 

Your clock starts once Chapter 1: The Painting begins and will end at the final answer submission. Good luck!
